Get InvolvedWould you like to get more involved with Interactive Neighborhood for Kids? There are a number of opportunities available for both community members and businesses. Between volunteers, financial sponsorships and donations, as well as a wish list of items needed by the organization, INK can always use the help of our community. Volunteers INK is always looking for good volunteers to help with our Museum's needs. Download our volunteer application and sign up to help INK today! Sponsorships Don't have time to volunteer, but would love to become part of INK? There are a number of financial opportunities available that would let you, your child or your business become a permanent part of our museum. You can even have your child's handprint, name or portrait become a permanent fixture in our museum! Download our sponsorship form to see how you can become part of our local Children's Museum. For information on business sponsorships, contact INK by using this link! Wish List INK continues to be a great destination for so many families, schools and organizations! We are truly blessed to reach so many individuals in the Northeast Georgia area. We are finding as our number of visitors continue to grow so does our “needs and want list” not only for our exhibit areas but our office as well.We have listed several items below along with the area used in the museum. If you are willing to help in one or more of these areas, please contact us as soon as possible or just drop the item by when you have a chance. Thank you in advance and we hope to see you soon! Office area— copy paper of any color Card Stock Tape Post it notes New phone system and set up.We have one phone to get started with but need someone with phone system experience to set it up. New server.-- IS Consulting is working on a fundraiser now to help upgrade our system. New computers in order to set up a computer lab for more hands on learning activities. Other daily supplies are always appreciated! Exhibit area---- New or like new costumes for our stage area New or like new toys for our Toy Lending Library and/or Castle Room Wigs for our Beauty Shop Large White Board for our classroom area (getting ready to revamp this area) Graduation cap and gowns for our classroom area Lab coats Cleaning supplies—ALL kinds! Paper Towels Arts and Craft supplies—ALL Kinds! Funding for areas--- Free Family Fun Night--Sponsorships available for several areas here beginning at only $500 per evening Sponsorships for our brochures and materials Sponsorships for school field trips General donations for operating costs Funding to replace carpet on stage area Funding to replace carpet in our “green space” Items for our reuse/recycle area. ---This could include all sorts of things at you may have just sitting around your business or home. This area is shared with parents and teachers to help with arts and crafts activities. And many, many more! Thank you for your help! |
